34:18

The lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

Psalm 34:18

34:18 is a support group for adults who cope with mental health issues & the loved ones of adults who are struggling.

When?

We meet after the worship service on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month. In addition to these small group times, we plan social events throughout the year.

Where?

Our small groups meet in Room 108, and our special events take place off campus. For more details about these special events, contact Tonya Cherry.

Who?

We currently have two small groups: The first is for adults who struggle with mental health issues. The other is for loved ones and caregivers of adults who struggle with mental health issues. Both of these groups are a safe place where comfort and hope are offered, rather than advice or judgement.

Why?

We are a group of believers that encourage one another in our brokenness. Our goal is not to explain why we suffer, but to understand that God is our refuge and our strength when we suffer.
