Christian Service Brigade
Christian Service Brigade
WE MEET TUESDAY EVENINGS, 7-8:30PM, THROUGHOUT THE SCHOOL YEAR.
September 10, 2024; Registration and Program Orientation
Join us to let some energy out and to learn about being young men for Christ. The program is designed to increasingly challenge a young man to grow in his walk with Christ.
We focus on teaching boys about Jesus and guiding them to be his disciples. Christian Service Brigade provides enriching opportunities for boys K through 12th grade. Depending on the age group, boys can look forward to activities like small group Bible study, leadership training, camping, hiking, rock climbing, biking, story times, crafts, model rockets, StocKar Derby, group games, and more!
In Tree Climbers (grades K-2) the boys and their dads or mentors gather with a CSB leader for weekly activities. It is a terrific father / son time.
Stockaders (grades 3-6) gather for both large group and grade level group activities. Dedicated leaders plan weekly activities that feed a young man’s curiosity about God’s world and that provide physical activity. Dads and mentors are encouraged to participate as well.
Brigadiers (grades 7-12) are part of the Battalion and are challenged further to lay hold of their faith and take on the mantle of leadership. Here, adult leaders act more as guides with the Brigadiers themselves beginning to take responsibility for their program. Beyond the Tuesday evening meetings, the Battalion plans monthly weekend trips to demonstrate a newly learned skill or participate in other ministry opportunities.
