Psalm 91:1-2 He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.”

When debilitating anxiety overwhelmed my soul...

Father, thank you that I dwell securely in the shelter of your protective and perfect Presence. You are my safe place even when nothing else feels safe. What I most need is for you to help me trust you more. I am incredibly weak but you are a fortress and a refuge; help me believe it. Amen.
