Isaiah 40:28-31 Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
When I had severe adrenal fatigue for many months and couldn't get out of bed, I would read this passage every morning for comfort.
Lord, it’s so easy to feel weary in this fallen world. Life’s fast pace and ever-increasing demands can wear us out physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Thank you for your promise to renew our strength when we trust in you. Help us to turn to you throughout each day, asking for your divine strength as we need it to complete all we are called by you to do. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
